Amanda Tanner is a painter of “place portraits,” with a belief that our memories of (and connections to) the places we’ve been are among the most meaningful things we have. She studied painting at Kennesaw State University and currently works in oils, watercolor, and photography.

Amanda’s work has been collected around the world and can be seen in projects such as the JB Duke Hotel and the film “Rings.”

She lives in a magical hidden-in-plain-sight woodland oasis in the Atlanta area, with her blended family of 7
